Person centred care
Our homes are tailored directly to the needs of our clients, who are under the care of fully accredited, highly trained support workers. We specialise in providing support for complex and high needs NDIS participants.
Superior support
Each carer we work with is thoroughly vetted and is trained with the participant’s exact needs in mind. We ensure all carers have a minimum Certificate III in Disability and full accreditations such as CPR and First Aid, NDIS worker screening check and orientation, Covid training and two years of experience in the client’s specific disability.
Making a house a home
We choose and modify homes with our clients’ comfort, accessibility and happiness at the forefront. We ensure the homes are close to public transport links, cafés, shops, nature walks and more. This allows our clients to lead fulfilling, active lives.
Programming
Our clients are always our number one priority. We put a significant amount of time and energy into creating programs that are fun and enjoyable for participants. We also host regular events and activities to give participants the opportunity to socialise and spend time with family.
